1. Rhode Island TV reporter Julie Tremmel has been fired for doing a handstand during this live segment about America’s Got Talent.

2. Jim Taricani, a fellow reporter at the news station WJAR, said on Facebook that “some TV reporters like to draw attention to themselves… [which is] an insult to most of us trying to be professional.”
